Becoming a Partner Instructions
To become a LEARN ALL THE TIME PARTNER please review these steps before starting your application.
To join:
1) Go to Apply Here below. Select the invoice amount based on your budget from the dropdown menu (non-school district) below.
2) The page should automatically redirect to the application page.
3) Read the application information and complete the “Application Prep Worksheet” linked on the page.
4) When you are ready to complete your application, click “apply”.
5) Follow the prompts and answer all application questions. Click “Apply”. Please note that if you click away from the application or do not complete the billing information in the next step, your information will not be saved.
6) Complete billing information and click “continue”.You should see a page that states "Membership Awaiting Approval."
7) Look for the confirmation email from the Andy Roddick Foundation confirming that your application is in progress.
8) The LATT Network team will follow up with you after submitting your application for further details and instructions (including payment information)
9) You’re done! Thank you!

Partnership Fee Structure
LEARN ALL THE TIME PARTNERS fee is variable based on the size of your organization’s annual budget or, for school districts, your total student enrollment. Fees are reduced for those organizations that have smaller budgets or enrollment numbers, so that no organization is excluded from partnership. Please contact us with any questions or limitations.

Fees are for a 12-month partnership period. Please contact the LATT team with any questions.
Membership Fees Waived for Specific organizations serving in Travis County
Membership is offered at no cost by Raising Travis County to organizations providing out-of-school time programs to youth in Travis County in grades PreK 4 through high school graduation and/or serving youth with disabilities ages 18-21 and that (a) serve individual youth who have a household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines (FPIG), or (b) the program serves a school in Travis County in which at least 60% of enrolled students are identified as economically disadvantaged by TEA. Additionally, organizations must complete criminal background checks required by applicable law on their personnel interacting with minors.
To qualify for free membership from Raising Travis County, please self-attest that your organization meets the eligibility requirements for free membership by checking the appropriate boxes:
My organization provides out-of-school programming in Travis County for youth in grades PreK 4-through high school graduation and/or serving youth with disabilities ages 18-21.
My organization completes required criminal background checks as required by applicable law on their personnel interacting with minors.
