Opportunity That Matters Circle (OMC) is a three-year commitment to expanding opportunity for children and families when school is out. At ARF, we know that the hours outside the classroom matter just as much as the hours inside. Without access to high-quality out-of-school programs, many students fall behind, contributing to a learning gap that can grow to nearly two years by the time they reach middle school.

This Giving Circle provides the steady, predictable funding needed to close that gap. OMC supporters help offset the real costs of after-school, summer, and school-break programming, ensuring children have access to safe environments, caring adults, and meaningful learning experiences year after year. With consistent support, ARF can walk alongside students from third grade through middle school, keeping them engaged in learning during the hours when they are most at risk of falling behind.

By committing for three years, OMC supporters enable ARF to plan intentionally and deliver long-term impact.
