March 2026’s Staff Spotlight is Stephen Fuller! Stephen is the Learning Center Manager at Foundation Communities, where he supports young people as they grow into the men and women they're meant to become.

Stephen's path to youth development is rooted in calling. He was once told that working with youth could be his purpose, and he truly believes it's what he's meant to do.

For Stephen, it's been a blessing to watch students grow from young boys and girls into adults who choose to make an impact in the world. That transformation, that growth over time, is what drives his work every day.

One of Stephen's proudest moments came from helping a student become a better reader. Watching that student grow and take the lessons they learned together and use them in daily life reminded him of the lasting impact educators can have. It's not just about the skills students gain in the moment, but how those lessons stay with them as they navigate the world.

Stephen's message to fellow OST professionals is to continue growing, learning, and staying open to listening to youth. In his words, we need to listen to our students "so we can be the best version of ourselves to help our students grow and reach their full potential." When we grow alongside the young people we serve, everyone benefits.
