Learn All The Time Guiding Principles

Anchored by the Andy Roddick Foundation, LATT is a Network of afterschool and summer providers and supporters committed to high quality out of school time (OST) programming for Central Texas youth.

1

Champion High Quality OST Programs for All

We envision a community where all youth - especially those from underserved backgrounds - have access to high-quality afterschool and summer programs. We advocate for efforts to strengthen OST funding, quality, and access with local leaders, elected officials, and policy makers.

3

Prioritize Engagement and Learning Together

At our core we are a Learning Network - bringing members together to share knowledge, tools, and resources in order to spark ideas and amplify what works. We actively seek out and engage new LATT members, recognizing we are stronger together.

5

Support Those Who Support Their Teams

We equip OST managers and directors with resources and tools in the areas of youth development, coaching, and nonprofit management--in order to support their teams and strengthen their programs

7

Celebrate Those Who Inspire and Support Youth

We recognize staff, volunteers, and advocates through spotlights, OST awards, and annual events such as Breakfast of Champions.

2

Cultivate Trust to Amplify Impact

By fostering shared leadership and trust-based relationships within and beyond the Network, we enhance our collective capacity to partner together and align our efforts.

4

Elevate Frontine Staff Success

We provide targeted resources and training to help equip front-line staff with the knowledge and skills to support youth effectively.

6

Build Capacity to Measure and Improve Quality and Impact

We help OST providers use quality assessment tools and data processes to collect, share, and act on insights for ongoing improvements.
