This extended session will provide organizational leadership with tools and content to share with their teams on best practices to make summer engaging and fun! Topics will include summer culture of fun, relationship building, and behavior management.

This five-part series offers flexible, come-when-you-can sessions designed to support summer program planning through peer learning and shared experience. Topics for each session are shaped by participants, such as student and family recruitment, staff hiring and development, and field trip planning.
