Extended Summer Spark Session: Train-the-Trainer Workshop

Train-the-Trainer Workshop

Get your team summer-ready! We created this Train-the-Trainer Workshop in response to what we’ve heard from our partners: training seasonal staff is challenging, and many seasonal summer staff struggle with behavior management and building a positive, engaging culture that feels different from the school day.

Join the Learn All the Time Network on March 26th from 9:30 am–2 pm for a hands-on session designed for organizational leaders who train and support summer staff. You’ll leave with ready-to-use activities and tip sheets to share with your team and strengthen your internal summer staff trainings.

Together, we’ll focus on building fun, inclusive program cultures, strengthening behavior management strategies, integrating SEL, and setting clear expectations for summer success. Our goal is to make staff training easier and more impactful for you.

Lunch is on us!

Location: Boys & Girls Club of the Austin Area Headquarters | 6648 Ed Bluestein Blvd, Austin, TX 78723
