As a native Austinite, Cord has spent over 50 years loving all-things Austin. His biggest love is his wife of over 20 years, Annie, and their 4 children. Cord has been a residential real estate broker since 1997 and has been named the Austin Business Journal's No. 1 individual residential real estate agent 15 times. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Austin Board of REALTORS® as well as Ballet Austin, and was recently honored as Westlake’s Citizen of the Year.

Outside of real estate, Cord has made community service a significant part of his life. Through his friends and social networks, Cord and his family have supported thousands of children and families, from providing Christmas gifts for children in foster care to mobilizing relief efforts following floods, fires, and other unexpected hardships across Central Texas.

As a father, Cord is especially passionate about organizations that create opportunities for children, strengthen families, and help young people realize what is possible for their futures. He is honored to join the Board of the Andy Roddick Foundation and to support its work helping Austin-area children discover their potential through education and opportunity.
