Learn All The Time Network Impact
Positive Relationships, Positive Impact
Every young person deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported. That’s why, since 2022, the Learn All The Time (LATT) Network has asked thousands of young people in our Partner organizations a single, simple question:
“Is there an adult in your program who cares about you?”
The answer to that question tells a powerful story. Research shows that when young people have strong, supportive relationships with adults outside their families can spark motivation, build resilience, nurture a sense of belonging, and find constructive alternatives to risky behaviors.
Four years and over 4,000 responses later, here are the results of our annual Youth Outcome Survey. Data is collected twice a year: once in spring, near the end of the school year, and again in the summer near the end of summer programming.
Over 96% of students at LATT Network partner programs reported that adults there cared about them.
