We are offering this coaching circle designed especially for OST staff (managers, directors, coordinators, etc.) who lead and supervise programs and teams.
The Coaching Circle offers leaders the opportunity to further develop their leadership, programmatic and supervisory skills, and to identify creative solutions to complex challenges with the guidance and support of an understanding network of their peers.
Space is limited to support meaningful peer interaction. Please register only if you can fully commit and your role involves leading and supervising OST programs and teams.
